Mr.Jeffery created and sold Global branding agencies, looking after megabrands at their peak like Eastman Kodak, Johnson & Johnson and Reebok. Spending 6.5years at the European Bank Nicholas was the head of the strategy and investment planning for the telecom’s media and technology group with a fund of EUR 1.2billion. As a turnaround manager, he rescued PSINet Europe from Chapter 11. An acquisition of EUR 9m and sale in two years for EUR 95m.

Mr. Wright has broad experience related to corporate finance, cost and risk management, and governance. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CMA), currently serves as President and CEO of Seatrend Strategy Group and as a director for several public and private companies including Centurion Minerals. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, with honors in Environmental Economics, from Brock University.

Mr. Parkes holds both a Mechanical Engineering Honours Diploma (Manufacturing) from BCIT and a Logistics and Supply Chain Management Honours Diploma from CDI College. Mr. Parkes also has 30 years of industrial manufacturing, engineering design, construction and business development experience. He brings in managerial insights, sales, marketing and product development experience from local and international business environment (Canada, US, Turkey, Kazakhstan) in several industries including mining, military, and oil & gas. Mr. Parkes has made significant contributions to the development of RAYL’s SaaS platform as a Product Manager, translating the business needs into development requirements and coordination of delivery.
